We will give you the payment processing tools that you need to accept your customers’ payments but will not burden you with services that you will not use in your everyday processing activity. Our pricing structures are based on several factors. The most important of them are the type of industry you are in and the manner in which electronic payments are taken - face-to-face, over the phone or over the internet. Visa and MasterCard have implemented a set of guidelines to classify merchants into categories, based mostly on the levels of risk involved in their payment acceptance arrangements and on statistical data on the levels of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks that similar businesses generate. The short form below will serve to help us classify your business and customize our pricing accordingly. You will receive it by email within hours of submitting the questionnaire, along with our merchant services application form. Once we have received your application, approval will be given within an hour, and we will proceed with the set up process. You will be processing credit cards and the other payment types you have selected shortly afterwards.
